305 West End Assisted Living offers studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom assisted living apartments that include private bathrooms and kitchenettes. Unit plans are available on our website. For additional information please call (646) 718-6426.

Housekeeping, weekly linens and laundry, wellness programs, town car service, and motor coach transportation to and from outside activities are all included in your monthly rent. Three delicious meals are served in our country club style dining room each day. On-site social programs, as well as cultural and educational programming are planned by the lifestyle director.
